Terms of the conference
Price per person
Includes snacks and lunch for both conference days, as well as the official dinner on Monday evening.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refund: Cancellations made on or before 30 November 2025 are eligible for a full refund.
Partial refund: Cancellations made on or before 31 January 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refund: Cancellations made after 31 January 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.
Transfer policy
Registrations are transferable to another individual if you are unable to attend. Please notify us at least 7 days prior to the event to facilitate the transfer.
Confirmation
Your registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation email and your official entry ticket.
